Thirty sponsors have joined Gujarat Titans for the 2024 TATA IPL
Gujarat Titans, an Indian Premier League team owned by CVC Capital Partners, has increased its number of sponsors to thirty for the 2024 season as it works to increase its brand value and earn a profit.
According to the franchisee, of the 26 partners from the previous season, 17 have chosen to stick with Gujarat Titans for the current IPL season, while 13 new partners have also signed on.
Gujarat Titans COO Arvinder Singh previously told ET on March 20 that the team expects sponsorship revenue to increase by 24% this season over the previous one, hitting Rs 90 crore with the help of 27 sponsors and partners.
Gujarat Titans had a 38% rise in sponsorship income the previous year; this time, the IPL franchise hopes to see a 24% growth, putting them in the neighborhood of Rs 90 crore.
Dream11 is leading Gujarat Titans as their Principal Partner under a multi-year agreement. BKT Tires and Capri Global, who are prominently displayed on the team’s shirt, continued to serve as Associate Partners in the meanwhile. Along with pipe producers Astral and Simpolo Ceramics, Associate Partners like Jio, a well-known Indian telecom corporation, also got their positions on the jersey’s shoulders.
Maintaining its commitment to the Gujarat Titans, ACKO places their emblem alongside Equitas Small Finance Bank prominently on the team’s hat.
Gujarat Titans were happy to see their official partners return, including HCG, boAt, Bisleri, Havmor, and Croma. The group also welcomed Advance Decorative Laminates, Axabull, Hurricane, Big Ant Studios, and Viacom18 as new Official Partners.
Disney Star and Viacom18 purchased the IPL media rights for the 2023–27 cycle for Rs 48,390 crore from the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI). The following cycle of media rights will start with the 2028 season. The central revenue pool’s sponsorship income and media rights profits are divided equally between the franchises and the BCCI.
Of the franchisee share, each IPL team receives 45% of it equally, and the remaining 5% is given to them according to their standings at the end of the season.

IPL Media Advisory March 25, 2024.BCCI publishes the whole schedule of TATA IPL 2024.On Monday, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) revealed the entire schedule for the current TATA Indian Premier League 2024 (IPL). The BCCI published the schedule for the first two weeks (21 matches) on February 22, 2024, and the balance of the calendar has been worked out, taking into account the polling dates and locations for the country’s impending Lok Sabha elections.
After playing their first two home matches in Visakhapatnam, the Delhi Capitals will play all of their remaining five home matches in front of their enthusiastic home audience at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi.
The Punjab Kings, who began their season at the PCA New International Cricket Stadium in Mullanpur, will finish their home season at Dharamsala. PBKS will play two matches in the beautiful venue, which offers spectacular vistas, on May 5th and 9th against Chennai Super Kings and Royal Challengers Bengaluru.
The Rajasthan Royals have also chosen a second site in Guwahati, where they will play their last two home matches. They will first host the Punjab Kings on May 15th and then face the Kolkata Knight Riders on May 19th, which will also mark the end of the league stage of the 17th season of the IPL.
Following a break on May 20th, the world’s largest cricket venue, Ahmedabad’s Narendra Modi venue, will host an exhilarating Qualifier 1 showdown between two top-ranked teams on Tuesday, May 21st, followed by the dramatic Eliminator on Wednesday, May 22nd.
Similarly to the season opener, the Qualifier 2 and grand final will be held in Chennai, the home of the defending champions, Chennai Super Kings. The Qualifier 2, which will be contested between the loser of Qualifier 1 and the winner of the Eliminator, will take place on Friday, May 24th, followed by the summit battle on Sunday, May 26.

Shubman Gill Fined for Slow Over Rate – CSK vs GT
Shubman Gill, captain of the Gujarat Titans, has been fined for his team’s poor over rate during their TATA Indian Premier League (IPL) 2024 match against the Chennai Super Kings on March 26 at Chennai’s MA Chidambaram Stadium.
Gill was fined Rs 12 lakhs for his team’s first breach of the season under the IPL’s Code of Conduct governing minimum overrate offenses.

Harshit Rana, a Kolkata Knight Riders bowler, has been fined 60% of his match costs for violating the IPL Code of Conduct during his team’s Tata Indian Premier League (IPL) 2024 match against Sunrisers Hyderabad at Eden Gardens in Kolkata on March 23.
Rana committed two Level 1 offenses under Article 2.5 of the IPL Code of Conduct. He was penalized 10% and 50% of his match costs for the two offenses. Rana acknowledged to the two offenses and accepted the Match Referee’s decision. For Level 1 violations of the Code of Conduct, the Match Referee’s judgment is final and binding.
